The Deluxe Loft is situated on the third floor of 114 Market Street in Historic Downtown Wilmington, North Carolina.
The building, when it was built in 1890, was a seed storage house. Throughout the years it has housed a dry goods store, sporting goods store, 3 bars, and 2 restaurants. The upper two floors were tastefully restored into apartments in 1992.
