The Loft comes fully furnished.
There is a laundry room stocked with fresh linens, toilet paper, paper towels.
The kitchen is prepared for serving a dinner for 4, plates, silverware, cups and saucers, glasses, and a dining guide of Wilmington in case you don't want to cook.
*Long term guests may request a scheduled walk-through.
